HYAcorp is a ‘cross-linked’ hyaluronic acid filler. This means that the hyaluronic acid molecules link together to form a consistency which is ideal for use in larger areas of the body, such as the gluteal area.

It is very effective at re-shaping and contouring, and has long-lasting .

Like HYAcorp, Perfect Line filler contains acid, but it has a superior ability to last in the body. The way in which the hyaluronic acid has been developed enables it to break down slowly.

Its high molecular weight is perfect for restoring volume in the buttocks and hips.

BioStimulators are made up of Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which has been used in aesthetic practice for decades for its ability to stimulate collagen production, resurface the skin and boost volume. It is also effective for treating the caused by cellulite.

Lanluma is supremely at creating a more rounded curve to the buttocks.

Here we explain the key ingredients in our bum fillers and how they achieve their results. 

Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance that is present in the body’s connective tissue. 

This important aspect of our skin gives it structure and the plump, hydrated appearance associated with youthful skin. acid is well known for its anti-ageing properties, due to its ability to hydrate and increase the skin’s elasticity.  

The benefits of hyaluronic acid fillers are very much related to their concentration. That is why dermal such as HYAcorp and Perfect Line contain cross-linked hyaluronic acid. 

Linking the molecules together creates a higher weight molecular structure, which is ideal for use in larger areas of the body such as the buttocks and hips.  

Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a revolutionary substance that has been safely used in the medical world for decades – notably for dissolvable sutures (stitches) and soft-tissue implants. 

One of the buttock augmentation fillers, Lanluma, is made from PLLA. 

PLLA is a synthetic, biodegradable polymer. This type of dermal filler has a specific function in the body as it stimulates natural production of the protein, collagen, which contributes to skin elasticity. 

Therefore, results from PLLA filler injections will develop and improve over several months as this process takes place.

Bum fillers are an injectable treatment containing hyaluronic acid or Poly-L-lactic acid, which create a hydrating, plumping effect in the skin.

The large molecular structure of these fillers makes them particularly effective at and contouring the buttocks and hips.

Yes, with dermal fillers are safe when administered by a practitioner. They have minimal side effects. Incorrect filler injection can be reversed with a to dissolve the filler.

No, we apply a topical anaesthetic cream before your treatment to prevent any discomfort during the injections.

You will have a pre-treatment health check with us to ensure your suitability for treatment with dermal fillers.

Please inform us of any significant health problems or neuromuscular conditions you may have.

Dermal fillers may be unsuitable for you if you are taking certain medication.

Prior to your treatment taking place, to reduce any risk of infection, the treatment area should be hair and make-up free. Therefore, we advise that you should shave and remove any make-up before arriving at your appointment.

You may wish to take paracetamol one hour prior to arrival to minimise during the procedure. When you arrive at our clinic we may apply a numbing cream which can take up to 30 minutes to take effect.

Smoking or alcohol may affect the healing process. Therefore, these are best avoided prior to and at least one week after the treatment.

Most patients will experience some tenderness and swelling around the injection sites following their filler treatment. This should resolve within the first 24 hours, but it may continue for up to a week.

After this, you may notice some slight redness over a few days following treatment, whilst the skin is healing.

Any bruising that occurs can take up to 2 weeks to resolve. We recommend applying aloe vera gel/arnica ointment and cold packs to speed up .

Your practitioner will give you full information about any aftercare requirements following your treatment with fillers.

You should avoid touching the treatment area until 6 hours after the treatment. After this period, the area can be gently washed with soap and water and light make-up can be applied.

Whilst the initial swelling and redness are healing, do not expose the treated area to intense heat or extreme cold. We advise that you avoid going in the sun, on a sunbed, or in a sauna or steam room for at least one week following treatment, it is also advisable to avoid strenuous exercise.

We that you wear loose fitting clothing initially to minimise risk of infection and pain. After 48 hours, you should wear more tightly fitted, sculpted . Your practitioner will give you full advice about the type of clothing you’ll need.

The filler may feel slightly hard initially, but will soften over a few days. Regular massage is effective at evening out the filler, any bumps will settle over time.
