Clinical Governance & Oversight Team

Clinic, safety and of care are central to everything we do. Our Governance & Team provides the leadership, systems, and oversight that ensure every aspect of our meets the clinical, ethical, and regulatory .

The team is directly involved in ensuring full with national regulatory bodies — HIW, HIS, CQC, and GMC — through robust monitoring, audit cycles, policy development, and evidence-based practice. This proactive preparation for inspections, continuous assurance, and transparent reporting across all clinical services.

We oversee risk management, review, workforce standards, and ongoing service improvement across every clinic location. Each member of the & Oversight Team brings experience in healthcare quality, regulation, and leadership, working together to safe, effective, and care at all times.

Medical Director

Mr Mark Gorman

Mr Mark Gorman (GMC No. ) is a plastic surgeon and at Signature Clinic, bringing over a decade of experience in and reconstructive surgery to the governance team. He qualified from the University of and holds Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons in (FRCS Plast), alongside membership of BAAPS, BAPRAS, and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic .

His clinical career spans both NHS and practice, including a lead role in facial at Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust. He holds advanced across microsurgery, skin cancer, and education, and is in national and international journals. He also serves as lead for the UCL Aesthetics Masters programme.

John leads governance, patient safety, and across Clinic. With over 17 years of perioperative and senior clinical leadership experience, he compliance, incident and risk management, policy, and audit activity across all sites.

Qualified in Operating Department and with an Degree in Healthcare Leadership, John is also a Chartered and full member of the CMI. He is currently completing an MBA to further strengthen his and operational leadership.

Patient Experience Manager

Manjit Gill
